Weekly inspection of the property. Maintenance suggestions, flushing of all pipes, package delivery, monthly reports and updates.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
Oversee & schedule all maintenance & repairs needed. Submit quotes to client if needed. Do follow up if needed. Maintain golf carts and vehicles. Handle any requested projects by client
SHUT DOWN SERVICE
Shut home down for summer, adjust temp control, pick up or cover furniture, empty frig, close drapes & shutters, shut off water to house, cancel paper, return cable & internet box, reschedule summer clean.
PREP SERVICE FOR RETURN
Reopen house, uncover furniture, start up services, major cleaning, pick up staples, handle last minute repairs.
GUEST SERVICES
Prep house for arrival, food & beverage, newspaper, temp setting, cleaning. Shut down after guest leave.
